Should I call this a Restaurant or a Aviation Museum? It's both!  Opened in 1960 by a former B-17 pilot The Proud Bird Restaurant is located at 11022 Aviation Blvd in Los Angeles, right next to the final approach course of Los Angeles International Airport runway 25 left. If you don't like the view it changes every couple of minutes as a endless line of heavy metal gets in line to land.

The Proud Bird has excellent meals and is worth the stop with or without a love for airplanes. Make sure and visit the thumbnails below.

	The adventure begins as soon as you enter the parking lot. Where else do you park with the war birds.
